Dear Sir,
Officer Incharge
IRCTC,
yesterday i.e. 11 feb 2012, i tried to book the ticket using IRCTC web portal. But due to some issues, the ticket didn’t get booked. It failed after book the ticket & payment process also done but after processing for a minute the site redirects to a page that displays
"REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" .
When i checked the booked history the ticket was not booked, yet to my surprise the money was deducted from My account of Union Bank Of India.
please arrange to refund My 100% money which was debited even though transaction failed. Please do the needful on priority basis.
When i checked the "FAILED PAYMENT REFUND STATUS" these are the details i got.
1) Train No: 18015
From Station: Bhusaval (BSL)
To Station: Nasik road (NK)
Date Of Journey: 16th February '2012
Date Of Booking: 11th February'2012
Total Fare: `Rs. 300/-
Status : Settlement Requested.

Requesting you to consider my complaint and provide a successful resolution which is refunding my money back to my account. Expecting a immediate action and quick solution from your side.
P.S: Also it would be good from your part to avoid such problems/inconvenience in future by implementing permanent fix to this technical issue as i found staggering amount of complaints registered regarding this issue.
please note that i have called on your customer care no 011- 39340000, but it was unattended, and at last system generated voice message " accessing system good bye"
expecting Quick & prompt Reply.
Thanks & Best Regards,
