Respected Sir,
this complaint is regarding the pathetic situation of ladies at mirzapur railway station. Sir on 26th june my m, other went to the Mirzapur railway station for getting a reservation under tatkal quota for 28th june 2010. but there was a horrible situation, about 100-150 people, all male were there. many of them were there since last night for the sake of getting reservation under tatkal quota. when my mother stood adjacent to the first person in the queue, there was a huge protest against her but stood calm and quite. To her utmost surprise when the booking clerk Mr. Bipin came at the counter and announced that there will be no separate queue for the ladies and even they will have to be in that same queue in which gents were standing, and most of the gents were there since last night. and it is not possible for any ladies to spend a whole night at the railway reservation counter just for getting reservation under tatkal quota. this would not have been so if there would have been a separate reservation counter for the ladies. As a result she was not able to get a reservation and came back and cancelled her travel plan. it would be so nice of you if you cosider their pathetic situation at the railway station and make appropriate arrangament. women do deserve proper respect at railway stations. expecting for a better and quicker response from your side. thanking you.

yours sincerely
VIPIN DIWEDI
