Subject:- Pathetic Services in Ranchi Rajdhani Express
This is bring to your kind notice that the services being provided in Ranchi Rajdhani Express are pitiful. The shortcomings in the services provided in the train are as follows:-
1. Since last three months the the hand towels were not being provided in the train (which are being given along with the bedsheets) to the passengers.
2. The bedsheets and the pillow covers were always found dirty and unwashed.
3. Most of the times the liquid shops are not available in the toilets.
4. The quality of bread used to make sandwiches is of very poor quality.
5. The menu of the food stuffs given in the train is never being changed.
Rajdhani Express is one of the prestigious Trains in India. Some firm steps shall be taken in order to improve the services in the train.

I support this complaint and I do agree with the above mentioned pathetic service. I travel by Rajdhani once a month and the quality of the service is deterioting day by day. I now have to think an alternate way of travel. That would atleast save Rs.500/- everytime I travel. No security personnels are deputed in the train aswell.
