Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to note that I have purchased my Voltas Vertis (Split AC with 1.5 T Capacity) on May’2011 from Sambalpur, Orissa. After that I have relocated to first Gujarat & then currently at Delhi. I have started living in Delhi from Feb’2013.
I am very disappointed & frustrated with the service rendered by Voltas here in Delhi. My AC was installed in the month of Mar’2013 & till date it has been a nightmare for me.
Since Mar’2013 to till date my AC has been attended / repaired 7-8 times by Voltas’s various service agencies namely M/s Suri Aircon & M/s Hi Cool Refrigeration & I have paid close to Rs.14000/- as maintenance fee. (Where as my cost price is Rs.27000/-).
Now recently Voltas Service Station is asking me to pay a charge of Rs.4500/- again for change of new Condenser but to inform you that I have changed my Condenser only in the last year (Apr’2013).
My question is due to inefficient maintenance team deputed by Voltas why a customer like me will suffer every time & spent money like anything.
In view of above I would request you to pls help me in this regard.
