i sent a courier on 5thNoc for Gandhinagar Jammu, till date the courier has not been delivered

nor do i have any information on the reason for delay, or th exact location of the consignement (z05305312)

i want my consignment back to the address of origin and my money back

this is not the firswt time i have got such pathetic response from DTDC, i sent an express courier in August, wherein i paid 5x amount to ensure the rakhi reaches the destination in one day (Delhi to Pune- not even a remote location) ; not only did the rakhi reach 2 days late, they did not return the premium charged for express services
