Pathetic customer support extended by Uniconnect Sim cards when I called them from UK having issues in receiving calls. Well that was quite an interesting way to make money, cz I had no issues making calls, but cud barely receive any. Their support team wasn’t of much use either cz they kept on repeating the record saying its all fine from our end, reboot ur phone and what not. Clearly their sense of customer service sucks big time!
