I couriered rakhi to my brother on 16 th of august and as assured by these people that it will reach on 20 th august maximum. Considering the holidays in between they say it will reach in 72 hours ,it is more than that its 22 nd today and it is so annoying that it still hasn't reached. It was supposed to go to bareily from Chennai and while tracking I got to know that they first sent it to Bangalore then Delhi then Kanpur. Which is like no where on the route. I think they need to organize and segregate their deliveries .I am sure that after seeing such pathetic service I am never ever going to use dtdc.
