police - passport under Tatkal scheme

Jayasree applied for passport under Tatkal Scheme in Passport Office, Vizag on 29-4-2010 after payment of Rs.2500/-. The reference number of the application is A 008407. status of the application is being shown as Pending verification from Police. It is almost 4 months since the application has been filed. Could u please look into this matter
