Hi,

I have applied for passport in 2008 from Indore in Bhopal Passport Office through College where I was studying MCA.

I left for my home in April, 2008 as my studies were completed and my passport returned back as I was not there.

Now I moved to Pune. I am going to send below documents through post to resend it back at Pune addrss.Can you please verify it as I have not got any response when I mailed to Bhopal passport office -

1. Reason Letter why not collected passport first time.
2. 2 proofs of new residential letter
3. Personal Particulars Form downloaded from the Bhopal passport site.
4. self- addrssed registered envelope with postage of Rs. 25/- affixed on it.
