Passport Office - Passport not yet received since feb 16,2010

My parents has applied passport in the month of February 2010. They belong to Vizag passport office. Till now they have not recieved the passport. Police verification is done in a months time and the online status is showing as pending with dispatch. Hope there is problem with dispatch section of passport office in Vizag. Please do the needful to get the passport to be dispatched at the earliest.
