Dear Sir,

After my repeated reminder & follow-ups, I have not received my passport yet.
After receiving your message on 10-Mar'11, I have interacted to "Public Relation Officer" (Mr. Singh, Room no.10 & "Z" Group) on 11- Mar'11 & as per his confirmation I was suppose to receive my passport on 17-Mar'11, but again he said that it would not be possible to handover your passport from here & that's why we have sent it to you by speed post on 17th of Mar & you will get it on Monday or Tuesday, which I did not get. I really don't understand why Mr. Singh always refused to provide any receiving of any document & confirm his name. I have visited your regional office (Bhikaji Cama Place) 10 to 15 times but nothing happened & also I called your head office (Ministry of External Affaire, contact no. 23384519) so many times, always they said that we are sending the mail to Concern person & you will get your passport within a week but still pending. Today, I again sent by cousin to meet with Mr. Singh (Public Relation Officer) for POD no. as he had not updated the current status of by passport with POD no or Passport no but he refused to provide the same that means Mr. Singh was telling the lie that he has sent my passport by speed post, if it's true then why he refused to provide the same. I requested you to please look into the matter as I have paid much money (in petrol) for getting by passport but there is no use.

This is really high time & now I would expect a good revert from your department.
These types of activities sometimes hamper the reputation of entire department.
