sir, i am serving in defence service, had booked my scooter from h/nizamuddin railway station on self booking my pnr no is 282-7861817 and PRR no is 4524-116166 of dated 20 jan 2014. They said your vehicle will go alongwith you on the same train (Aug kranti Rajdhani Exp) of dated 20 jan 14. On enquiry at Mumbai Central I got shocked that they said your vehicle not came in the train
Complainant's Goal: once it is self booking bike it should be board on same train
