I had booked an e-ticket from Bangalore to Patna for 11th of November 2010 through online banking (SBI). I got the ticket canceled on 4th of November 2010 but the amount is still not refunded to my account.

I have one more complaint to add. I tried to book a tatkal ticket on Tuesday 30th of November. As usual, the ticket didn't get booked but the amount was deducted from my account. Now it has already been 5 days but the amount hasn't been refunded in my account.
I don't know what to do and where to go. This Indian Railway site has become a big problem.
It has been 10 days that I logged this complaint and still no resolution. Whats the use of such a forum if our complaints do not get resolved. If just mailing would have solved the problem, then I would not have filed the complaint in this forum since I have tried communicating with Indian railways regarding this complaint myself.

I had booked a e-ticket from jasidih jn (jsme) to new delhi (ndls) in calcutta rajdhani (train No 2305), PNR No ********73, through (SBI ATM). my travelling date is 07.03.2010. as per irctc rule when ticket is not confirmed ticket is automatically cancelled and amount is refunded to the same account. I am also in waiting list and as per rule i had not boarded on this train. after several of all correspondance through reg post i have not yet received my fair amount i.e. Rs 1405 in my account. it is requested to kindly refund the same in my sbi account. my phone no is ********49
