Hi,
I have purchased nokia 5130 express music in the month of Jan 2010.
and in the month of March 2010, i have an issue with the instrument, where in the hand set has got struck and was has lost all the data. when contacted the customer service center they had escalted it to their delhi office and has replaced the instrunment.
Now in december i had another issue, with the exchanged instrument ( the data was not getting sync ) in the hand set. I had again contaced your service center and they had once again esclated it to their delhi office and they are replacing my instrument again.
I am surprised with the kind of issues i am facing with NOKIA. in years of time this would be the second hand set which is getting replaced.
My MAJOR WORRY (COMPLAINT) when ever there is an issue i am loosing the all contacts in my mobile and its getting very tough to get back all the contacts back.
Want you to look into this and replace my instrument.
