pragnet women facing problem by travelling in train. can raliway athority allowed tmem to travel in handicap compartment. so they at list stand there safely. because there is so much rush in moring & evening time to go inside in fist class & second class women compartment.

Complainant's Goal: allow pragnet women travel in handicap compartment.
