Sir, My brothe (Nagesh Hegde) purchased Sony Xperia Z ultra on 16.08.2013 from V Mobiles, Bangalore. Few days ago while riding, my mobile which was there in my pocket undergone pressure which made some broken line inside display. When I took that to Sony Center, Indiranagar they told that buy paying 24k I can get a new handset. But they didn't tell anything about service or the solution which can be done. For the mobile worth 44k, is it really the only display costs half of it's price. Is there any solution which can be done in less amount. Please help me in this matter. I have attached the photos of bill and mobile phone.
in indiranagar sony service centre people are dont even know manner also they cant respond the consumer properly
44k is not an big amount for sony but it is big amount for common man...
