Artha Health Options - I am not satisfied with the service of Artha health option.

These artha health people called me and gave me there product for health check up. last year. but after making payment to them there was no response, If I called there number no one was responding the call. So i could not avail any facility from these people. last month one artha sales person called me and was telling like the agreement was for 2 years so they will renew my account I denied them not use my credit card no. which I had given them earlier. but still they have used that no. and transaction was done. now i want to drag them to court. so please help me.
