Artha Health Options - Artha Health Options have charged my Credit card thrice without my permission

I am using Artha Health options Vouchers from last three years. Last year, 2009, I did not use any of their vouchers. So when I received a call from Artha on 19th FEb 2010 to renew the membership for the third time, i refused. But I was promised that this is the last time I am paying anything to Artha. So I agreed. And Rupees 2993/- was charged from my credit card. My card detail was already with them from last year transaction.

On 26th Feb 2010, I got a call again from Artha about gold card membership. I refused as I was not interested in investing any further amount. But I was told that My card is already charged with amount 2993/- and I have to go with it. Also after I asked why this is being done without asking me, they told this is the last time i am paying anything to Artha and they are removing my card detail from their system.

On 28th Feb, I again got a call from Artha that My credit card is charged for rupees 3998/- for some travel package. I was shocked to listen that as i had never ever requested for such package. This time again they refused to return the amount and told we are finally removing your card detail from our system. This is the last time they have charged my card.

But again on 27th April I got a call from Artha that they have charged my card for rupees 9998/-. I was full shocked this time. I asked them to cancel my membership and refund my amount. They refuse again and offered my to increase my membership period. I dont want to pay them single penny. I have blocked my card on same day. And also I wrote to my credit card (HSBC) that last trasaction of rupees 9998/- done on 27th Aril is not authorised by me.

I need refund of this amount. Today I am going to LOG FIR against Artha Health Options.

Complainant's Goal: I want refund for the amount charged from my card without my ermission.

I support this complaint. I really feel bad to say that i've been trapped by them, made me another victim.

August 16th onwards a sales mgr i.e Babu calling me up daily and explaining me that they have selected me to offer lots of offers as i was artha member during 2007 and 2008, says that Artha has changed alot, now it deals with all branded hospitals, i can experience a better service this year as Artha invested crores of money(no doubt its our money incurred by cheating). finally he convinced me by sending an email which says 1994 rs i need to pay for unlimited vouchers for this year
Then i have agreed to share my card and asked him to charge the same amount on 21st august 2010
Got a call from chennai office

then surprisingly they charged my card twice. every executive from Artha says that whatever Babu has communicated me is a first payment, i had to pay the second 1994 inr. ended up to convince myself because they started saying that they have already charged my card

on 31st i got a call from artha closure department, a person named IRFAN, he says i had opted for Gold membership (which was wrong, becz i took basic classic membership), says that i have to accept for 3 yrs closure, pay 19900 rupees to escape from paying 150000, started telling me that 19900 has been charged on my card already.......totally got upset...

Also threatens me that i dont have an option except paying this 19900, also says that he understands its a big amount that is the reason he wants me to help paying 19900 instead 150000.
i was word less to scold all these cheaters.

I really want to find a very bad word to scold them badly................

Please suggest me the better choice to get my money back if any of you have got succeeded ... can i go to consumer court or FIR
please do suggest me the better approach. Thanks a lot

I support this complaint, even i have been cheated by them even after getting a mail from their org that no transactions will be made on the card and again they have made the transaction without my permission. Please support me as i'm going to file a complain against them.
