Problem: Music is playing with noise

2nd day after purchase the set i had submited the handset 4 times for the same problem..than i wrote a letter to nokia's Head office (on 19 August 2010,Receipt No:ED-********1IN [India Post]) afterthat my handset was replaced on 24 Sep 2010..but again the same problem started and yesterday (27 Sep 2010) i submitted it to nokia care again [Mannat Telecom, C-10, 1st Floor, Sector 10, Noida)..
This is the 6th time i had to visit the nokia care..now i want my money back because there is no garranty this time i will get problem free handset..now i really frustrated...i will never purchase nokia brand again in my life..i have all the document (jobsheets, Invoice receipt etc) if required i can provide it..
