THIS IS REGARDING ORDER NO.4061962.I HAVE SENT BACK THE PRODUCT TO YOU VIDE BLUE DART COURIER NO.135******** DATED 26/7/2012.YOU ARE INFORMED TO EITHER REFUND MY MONEY OR EXCHANGE THE HANDSET AND SEND ME A NEW SAMSUNG HANDSET AS I HAVE MENTIONED IN MY LETTER AND AS PER OUR TELETALK.
ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH THAT I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE NOR MY MONEY IS REFUNDED...I HAVE MAILED SO MANY TIMES AFTER THAT BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE..
