Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd, charged me Rs 824 to send a revalidated NOC. Despite repeated reminders and requests, they have not sent the NOC. The staff misguided me and you can be sure that when they say they will call you back, they wont.
I have spent more than Rs50 on phone calls in trying to follow up.
Its terrible service even after they have charged a hefty amount. Very unprofessional behavior.
I am planning now to just goto their office and pick it up as I have no confidence that they are capable of sending a simple courier.
I support this complaint.

Kotak Mahindra Prime ignores the customer even after raising a complaint. This whole thing is just a farce and a way of making money for them!
Kotak Mahindra Prime cannot send NOC after more than 20 days because people are on leave. And they charge you Rs 850 for the same!!
