My car has been stolen and unfortunately, my car was financed by Kotak Mahindra Prime. I have received a letter from my insurance with a copy of the disbursement cheque. I have submitted a copy of the same to Kotak Mahindra Prime branch, Lakshmi Nagar Delhi, so as to get an NOC and Letter 35. I submitted it on 22nd July 2013 (I have a receiving as well). Till date, 16th August 2013, i have not received the NoC. What is the SLA for the NoC. I need an answer to this in written. Your delay has costed me the deduction of another EMI from my account. Who is responsible for such irresponsible act? I need the NOC right away.The staff at this delhi branch is very lazy. From the watchmen to the ladies attending the customers are very lazy.
