I had booked a movers and packers service provider (RELIABLE PACKERS) for moving the old household items from Thane, Maharashtra to Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP. The items were collected at THANE on 09.07.2010 and delivered to the destination on 14.07.2010. But, one item was not delivered. When i informed about the missing item on 14.07.2010, they said that the item would be delivered by the next week.Since then, four weeks have been passed, but, i did not received the item till date.I have been calling them every week, but the item has not been delivered to me. Neither they sent me the Insurance paper (the items worth Rs. 50,000 were insured) till date , so that i could claim the insurance for that missing item.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
