I had to shift from Delhi (Vasundhara enclave) to Mumbai. I was contacted by Mr Abrar Rahman(********05), from reliable packers and movers. He came to my house and said that they were the best and that the goods would reach on the 3-4th day and if there was any problem I would get insurance. The movers and packers came to my house on 12th July 2009 at 1:00 pm and they completed packing only at 10:00 PM in the night. They came with a small 14th feet vehicle when I was promised by Abrar that a 20 feet vehicle would come to my place and same vehicle will delivery the things in mumbai. I also payed for a 20 feet vehicle. Thats when the problem started. I was promised that the goods would reach on the 4th day but the goods reached me only on the 5th day at eveing around 9:PM. My fridge was broken and few household broken as well hine was missing. I refused to pay the balance of 10000 out of the totak 35000. I spoke to Gunvir Singh (********30) from the Mahipalpur office but got no response. Abrar, who had promised will not not responding back with frustration. My car was also being transfered through them. So they did not give me my car & insurance till the payment was made. I promised them will pay the amount once my car and insurance handed over to me but there is no news of the insurance. I am only being promised but nothing is happening. DO NOT use RELIABLE they are UN RELIABLE. Please help me with getting the insurance & Car from them.
