CustomerNeedz - Not getting the refund money from Customerneedz.com

I tried to book a bus ticket from Bangalore to Chennai on 09th September 2009 through www.customerneedz.com

First attempt was unsuccessful though the amount of Rs.400 has been deducted from my Credit Card.
Second attempt of booking tickets was successful for which payment of Rs.400 was again deducted from my Credit Card.

I have been calling customerneedz.com to get my refund money every 2-3 days. Whenever I call them, they used to say that you will get the refund money in your account within 3-5 working days. But till now I haven\'t received the money.

Again I faced the same issue when i was trying to book a ticket on 4th November 2009. And this time also my money was deducted from accounts for no reason.

First three attempts were unsuccessful but the amount of Rs.450 each(Total Rs.1350) has been deducted from my different accounts.
The fourth attempt was successful and amount of Rs.450 was deducted from my account.

So totally I will have to get the refund amount of Rs.1750(Rs.400 on 09th September 2009 + Rs.1350 on 4th November 2009).

Even i tried mailing them and calling them for this refund, but there is no proper response.

Please help me to get the refund money back.
