CustomerNeedz - I am totally agigated with the service

I am one of the agent of customer needz , Intially they collected 10000 rupees from my company(Sridevi bits and bytes) as nonrefundable deposit and they said they will provide sign board, brouchers , pamplets and software. This software does not work at all all time it shows some error and many to say name board was not delivred on time it took 6 months to deliver the sign board and now i closed the business and there is a balance in my account for Rs 7255.65/- and they promised me will refund the amount with in a 7 days but one month have gone till now no action from their end .even the CEO (Ramesh babu) not attenting the call.But till now they have not given proper reponse.pls help me
