Reserved rail tickets were got cancelled through JUST DIAL on 30/10/2017. JUST DIAL stated that the amount has been sent to your bank account vide tr. no. ********8819 for Rs 765/- and Tr No. ********8828 for Rs 605/-. But this amount has not been credited to my account so far. M/S JUST DIAL is responsible to ensure that refunded amount is correctly credited to the customer account. I contacted my bank but they are not co-operating. M/S JUST DIAL is kindly requested to take the matter with the concerned bank so that the refund amount is correctly credited to my account.
