Dear Sir
I have booked a parcel of Bajaj Pulsur 135cc motor cycle no.UP-32,EE-1648 from Lucknow to Panipat by train no. 15707on 04.04.13.The motor cycle was loaded on 06.04.13 by train no. 15707 from Lucknow to Panipat but the material is not unloaded at Panipat.I enquired to railway officials then i came to know that my parcel has reached to Amritsar on 07.04.13.Again this parcel is loaded in train no.11058 on 08.04.13 from Amritsar to Panipat but still it is not received to the claiment till date.The Railway officials are not providing any information of material so that i can collect it.
kindly tace the material & inform me at the earliest.
