I have not received the refund money against TDR No.-059317 (ticket no./PNR no.-********/2104857157) dt.07/07/10.Despite repeated approach to the chief commercial office (refund)Gorakhpur no action has been taken.Refund amount may please be sent to my above mentioned address.

Complainant's Goal: I want my refund money back.
