Indian Railways - Non receipt of luggage booked through Indian Railways

Sir, Madam I have already lodged a complaint on same subject.
Till date their is no affirmative answer from Railways.
I have booked my household items from SSA on 23.09.10 for ASN vide Luggage Ticket No 773494 and journey ticket no 50727388. Till date the item is not reached its destination and thus makes my life miserable without daily use utensils, kitchen goods and other necessary articles.
If there is somebody who is serious with the problems faced by me please help.

Sir, I have booked 02 x Steel Boxes, 01 x Refrigerator (size 22x74x125) and 01 x Motor Cycle - Hero Honda Passion Pro Regd No PB-11AT-2308 from Patiala (PTA) to Kirloskarwadi (KOV) on 09 April 2013 vide luggage Ticket No 947215 dated 09 Apr 2013. But only 02 x steel boxes received in good conditions and Refrigerator received but their wooden cover and base of Refrigerator has not been received. Motor Cycle Regd No PB-11AT-2308 is ot received till date. The Station Master Patiala and as well as Kirloskarwadi has not taken any action or not any taken complaint. They said responsibility of luggage is only Owner of Luggage and We would only give the luggage after received.
