I have participated in Apple I5 - 2 Nos + Free IPad + recharge coupon - lucky draw contest in November, 2012 and later when I called they said you are not a winner and given me a Samsung Galaxy Tab as a winner. I was also given a some unknown Tab.

Again in November, 2012 I received a call stating that you one are qualified winner on IPhone 5 apple phone and asked me to pay Rs. 6000/- immediately - no time was given to me for thinking, and I immediately paid that amount.

My complaint is that when I am not qualified my free Gift of 2 Nos. Ipad + Recharge coupons shall be given to me which is not done by 100 BEST buy.

Secondly a cal from 100 best buy executive asking me to pay 5999/- and take Iphone + Tab is also lied.

Now I am eligible for 3 Free IPads and Recharge coupons - which is not given yet.

Apart from that I have accumulated some 9270 point and out of which 8458 points where redeemed on 05.02.2013 for which a due confirmation email is also received from 100 BEST buy. But till now I have not received any of the items which were redeemed almost a month back.

If I call the customer care it take more than a hour or so to reach a customer care. I am daily trying to reach the customer care and daily sending reminder on reminder, reminder on reminder but the email are left unattended.

I am confident that 100 BEST buy is definitely a cheater (cheating website) who has eaten by 12000 + 6000 amounts.

I request are:-

1. Iphone 5 as committed to give
2. 3 IPad instruments
3. Recharge coupons
4. My redeemed items of February, 2013.
