This is about order number:3236923 and other purchase I made online with 100bestbuy. This company is doing a scam and they have a very smart modus operandi, they first fulfill your order the first time you make and then once you are convinced they cheat you. In my case first I entered a contest and they honored it. When I got convinced I ordered a product of olay for which they adjusted my credit points and the remaining amount I paid your net banking, I paid a total cost of rs.645. I was shocked when I got the delivery cos they sent me a different product which had a price tag of rs.165. Secondly as far as order number 3236923 they sent me mail stating that I have won iphone 4s and an eon car and it would take time for them to arrange the delivery. It has been more than 20 days since I got this mail and subsequent to that I have sent 12 reminders to this company and not even one mail or call has been made by them in this regard. My issue is not resolved and neither they have bothered to call me or mail me to explain anything. It is a online fraud and should be banned. I have all the trail mails as proof with me.

Latest and Amazing update: 1)Yesterday 3 - 4 people called me from 100bestbuy and made me repeat my issue over and over again Saurabh, Vaishali, Pavani and Arayan 2) As per all of them it is perfectly fine and normal that if i have won a contest of iphone 4s and they give me just a ihpone 3gs though the difference between both mobiles is of 18k 3) They can anytime claim that the mails i have received from their company are sent due to some mistake in their system and they are not accountable or they are not expected to fulfill that commitment 4) This company, first after sending you a mail that your prize is delayed can then tell you that it is a mistake and they will just credit the initial contest bidding amount. Apart from all the amazing things i have mentioned above, this company can first deliver your prize and then send you another mail notification as winner for another contest and when you ask them about the second prize they can attribute the first prize received by you to the second contest. It is very clear that this company is not fair and ethical and can change and manipulate anything by attributing it to one of their departments or system being disorganised and faulty and try to get away with anything. After they spoke to me yesterday they asked me to resend all mails in this regard and after i sent it there is suddenly silence from their end again. As per the other posts we have on this company, this is what they keep doing without resolving customer issue. Request all to take the legal course cos nothing else will work with this company.
