Dear Sirs,

Non installation of Airttel DTH - Customer ID No.10862249

An amount of Rs.999/- (Nine hundred ninety nine only) was remitted on 17th September,2010 towards Airtel DTH Connection enabling to install at my residence 102 Guruvayurappan CHS, MIDC Road, Behind Mahila Samithi School, Thakurli east, Dombivili Post, Thane District,Maharashtra 421 201. Airtel executives assured that the DTH will be installed within 24 hours. So far neither the DTH was installed nor any communication made from their end.


Therefore it is requested that either request Airtel authorities to install DTH immediately or the amount deposited by me may please be refunded with the interest from the date of remittance.
