Dear DTDC courier,

I Partha Banerjee had couried my consignment on dated 6th of may with consignment number: P23041510 from bundgarden branch Pune the courier has been received by your Mumbai branch on 7th since then my courier has not been delivered to a sender.till today morning the consignment has not been couried i have taken up the follow ups since Friday i.e 10th i am ta and your people are keep on fooling me by saying it will be delivered today by 6:30 pm every day.

I have a strong objection regarding the services provided by your company as there is no proper channel from where the customer can take up the follow ups, there is no response from any of the number provided by your pune branch office for mumbai.

By any ways it doesn't take 12 days for a courier to be delivered to mumbai no excuses fits for this kind of serious service issue as i am also responsible for answering my organization about the consignment sent and the loss which i will be barring will be borne by you you.

I request you too kindly look into the matter are a serious service default and revert me back with the response been taken by you against the defaulters and also let me know the status of my consignment.
