ASSISTANCE AT THE PLATFORM,ONE PORTER AT THE PLATFORM GIVE US SMART
ADVICE EITHER GIVE ME MONEY OR GO TO WINDOW NO 58 FOR WHEEL
CHAIR .WE GO TO THE WINDOW NO 58 BUT THERE WAS NO BODY THERE WE
WAITED THERE FOR HALF AN HOUR BUT NO BODY CAME TO THE
COUNTER,FINALLY WE TAKE MY GRANDMOTHER TO WALK TO THE COACH ,
THE FACILITY FOR SENIOR CITIZEN AT THE PREMIER RAILWAY STATION
OF THE COUNTRY WAS SO PATHETIC WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OTHER STATION,
WE ALSO MADE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT TO THE STATION MASTER WHO WAS
ALSO SO HELPLESS THAT HE WAS JUST DOING HIS DUTY AND EARNING HIS
SALARY WE WOULD LIKE TO HEAR BACK FROM RAILWAY FOR SUCH AN
SERIOUS ISSUE.
