Hi,
I purchased the nokia X3 02 on 2nd April 2011. On 8th April 2011 the 0 button stopped working and phone was restarting automatically and battry was also getting down with in 4 hours. bettery back up is not good.
If I purchase a hand set from trusted brand like nokia and with in 10 days i have to run to nokia care then what is the use of trusted brand ?
I feel there quality testing is not good enough... the end user suffers for that.......
I had the same issue. i bought a music edition and given for repaier to nokia care and it came after 2 months and that to it has other problems.Again the same problem happened?
I frustrated and depressed..... Please do the necessary action.... thanks in advance

Got a new nokia phone on april 1st in the croma showroom annanagar.my phone model is nokia x3 02.i liked all features and the slim look of the phone.i was able to find that the battery was not seated properly.i had difficulties while i was talking.due to the improper seating of battery there is a shake and when i speak i am able to feel there is vibration.its really disturbing and annoying…was upset with the issue. went to a nokia care centre and then they told me that all those models had the same fault.its completely inconvenient when i speak..when i examined the phone i was able to find there is extra gap between the battery and its seating space than what is required due to whixh there is a shake.kindly do the needfull.thanking you,
