This is Rajesh from Hyderabad.I bought Nokia Lumia 720 in August 2013 and it fell down accidentally after 4 months ( in December'13 ) and the phone screen got scratches - which was repaired in Hubli for around Rs 7500 at Nokia Centre.
Now since 10-15 days my phone is continuouly hanging during call,getting switched off automatically,not showing the incoming call person details etc.I visited the Nokia Centre at Ameerpet,Hyderabad where they did a hard reset and updated the software but still the problem is continuing.The number of hanging per day has come down than what it was before, but still I am frustrated with this phone and Nokia Customer Service.
I request to kindly look into this matter and show to the customers how much nokia cares for its customers & its products.I am a Nokia fan and always been buying Nokia phones since 4-5 years.This is my first lumia experience which I am totally frustrated both with the phone and the customer service.
