Nokia India - Nokia E6 Product Default and Service Issue

Dear Nokia,
I deeply regret to write with reference to dissatisfied service and a product I am holding and for which I paid Rs 18000.
This is to bring to your notice that I have been using Nokia Mobile from past 12 Years.
Recently I purchased Nokia E6 from Nokia Mobile outlet located in Hyderabad after which I started getting continuous software problems, at times my mobile Hangs, led light not working, on and above it generates excessive heat as it’s going to get blast, battery goes off within a blink of eye. I was shocked when my mobile KEYPAD also came out, which forced me and I couldn’t stop myself to visit Nokia Care Service Centre.
I purchased this mobile from my hard earned money and paid Rs 18000 which I will not let it go waste for which I am also ready to file a case as well.
I am not a rich person, I purchased this cell because of my new job and my deep interest to carry NOKIA E6, today I am writing in hope to get a swift response from the higher authorities’ and management.
I want immediate replacement of my cell or the amount I have spent on my cell.
I visited the Nokia Care centre which is located in Chennai (below address), the Centre manager told me that he will replace the battery and share the cost for other defaults, if I need full claim than I need to contact the Care Line.
I am looking for a worth solution and a VALUE for my earned money which I did spent to Buy this Defaulted MOBILE.
I urge the management to reply me back with the solution of either replacement or Money Back.
I have lost my TRUST on the QUALITY of NOKIA.
