My Nokia Lumia 520 screen cracked a few days back and I went to the Nokia Care center at Koramangala, Bangalore. They told me that it will take 7-8 days to repair and return to me - a long time for any repair. This was because they do not have touchpad stock. BTW, they are always out of stock. I can guarantee that they won't have stock for any model, any part. I have heard the same before too for another phone.

After the due date they told me that it will take 1 more week. All this was told to me in an extremely arrogant tone. When I asked for the manager I was told that the manager is out. Again, the manager is always out. I have had similar bad experiecnes before too at thr same Nokia Care center.

I have raised a complaint with Nokia Cutomer Care but haven't received any reply. On checking I was told that they are still analyzing the issue. The customer servcie agent cannot connect me to his manager or provide me the mailing address of their corporate office due to SECURITY REASONS - HILARIOUS, AIN'T IT!!!!

I request everyone to stop buying Nokia phones and throw this unethical company out of India sooner than they close on their own due to poor products and bad business strategy.
