Complaint by: Nokia C7 on May 27, 2011, 6:59 am in Mobile and Cell Phones

I am a victim of Nokia's false publicity claim of a features (Nokia C7 and also of Nokia's BH 217 bluetooth set) which is beyond the capability of Nokia. Which is admitted by Global Community Manager for Nokia themselves. Refer my case http://discussions.nokiausa.com/t5/Cseries/Not-getting-Navigational-voice-guidance-from-Bluetooth-set-Nokia/td-p/1007599

Thanks to Mr Wayne Michael Spillett (Global Community Manager for Nokia) who admitted the fraud of Nokia. The indian nokia care and his staff were even yesterday checking with me what is the problem. And everytime starting from the Service Manager to all the staff will follow the fraud policy of either direct to someone else or will tell 'I will return back to you after 5 days and will never return'.

Again I thank Mr Wayne Michael Spillett (Global Community Manager for Nokia), on seeing courtesy-less behavior of Nokia India gave me some personal offer on his personal status to absolve this issue.

All those victims of Nokia's misleading publicity policies and advertisements and deceiving ideas of Nokia, I request you to join in our fight. We group of people planned to take up these issues legally. Those who read this post and would like to join us. Please mail to victimsofnokia@gmail.com your experiences.

Thanks

With regard to the case concerning the C7-00 device and the BH-217 Bluetooth headset, I regret to inform you that the news that I have received today is not good from the standpoint of the solution that you would have desired, I have a response from the C7-00 development team that the latest Symbian devices are actually designed to transmit voice commands through the phone speaker and not over Bluetooth radio frequency to the headset; therefore your C7-00 is working as it is designed to do and regrettably the websites were wrong. Nokia is in the process of making sure that the publicity for the C7-00 is corrected.

We on the Nokia Support Discussions team cannot apologise enough for the inconvenience that this puts you to, not only in having bought the two products under the misapprehension that they would work in a particular way but also for the length of time it has taken Nokia Care to offer you a definitive response to your enquiries. We thank you for having brought this matter to Nokia's attention

Today one Mr Manish from Ambala Nokia Care called me and told he got an email from Nokia to take back the BH217 set and to pay me the cost of bill. When I told him what is use. He told he will discuss with Mr Malkit singh the area service manager. Again he called up and told that he is ready to take Fraud Nokia C7 and will pay for that also.
