I'm trying to board 12509 (SBC - GHY) from KJM station at night around 12:00AM. There is no sign board for all the sleeper/AC class coaches like S1, S2...The train stops only for ~2mins in KJM station, and it is very tough to board the proper coach.

My coach was S1, and that is actually present in between two AC coaches, which never happens in general for any train. We boarded in the wrong coach (S3) in a hurry and there is no passage to go to S1 since, the Pantry is closed by that time and there is no way we could go through AC coaches, as the passage between the coaches is shut.

There is no TTE available in the whole train to check and complaint reg. the situation. It took us to wait until Chennai (MAS, 6hours) is reached, so as to board the proper coach. We were standing the whole night in a wrong coach. Please let us know the reasons behind maintaining such coaches for the super fast trains and moreover the non-availability of the TTE in the train.

How do I proceed in the loss of this journey.
