I ordered for a 16GB spy pen from Naaptol, I was happy seeing that i received the product in the period of 6 days. but my happiness didn't last for long as when I opened the box to my surprise i found that there was no product in it.
I could not understand what to do, I called up the customer care and they asked me to send the Product back and gave me the address. After 10 Days I received the product back. but I don't have any regrets as the price I paid for Product made me forget that I received a empty box earlier.
I am happy that they Keep their Words...
