State Bank of India - No refund on tatkal ticket

sir i booked two tickets on 26-5-2010 at bareilly junction from dehradun to bareilly jn. in tatkal quota in train no. 4266 during the time of reservation the status was CKWL/3 , CKWL/4 after the chart was prepared the ststus was WL/3,WL/4 seeing this situation I boarde another train /other mode of convevce . I reached bareilly at 9:30 p.m. on 28-5-2010 . Your reservation authorities at bareilly told me that there is no TDR issued against ticket and said there is no provision of refund in the case of TATKAL TICKET . I feel sorry for my mistake that I booked a ticket at tatkal sewa . Plz refund my whole amount of Rs 1238/- my PNR No. is 263-5601003 Random No. 409 Ticket No. ******** Booking window No. 360 (BAREILLY JN.). I am also sending written complaint and original ticket to your NORTHERN RAILWAY CLAIM DEPARTMENT NEW DELHI Railway station with a photo copy of chart where ticked show my status which was not confirmed
