There is no point using a Uniconnect sim card because they just never work. And expecting their customer support team to help you with your issue is a mistake. I had bought their pre paid sim card for china and when i landed there, changed my sim cards, the uniconnect sim didnt work at all. I had to switch back to my indian number to call their support line but there was no help from their end. Total disappoinment. I actiually landed up using my airtel number there, atleast it worked properly.
