I have deposited Rs. 2,800 along with all the required documents for new land-line and wi-fi internet connection on 18th Oct 2010 bearing receipt number BBR301031********28. Locations: 201, Subhashree Complex, Gobinda Prasad, Bomikhal , Bhubaneswar

Till now I haven't received any service and my money is blocked unnecessarily. Several times I have met the GMTD, Bhubaneswar and other officials like Mr. Biranchi and specially the direct circle officer under Mancheswar BSNL office in Bhubaneswar, (K.P Routray having mobile number 0********40). But this person has always deferred things saying one or more reasons.

If BSNL will give this sort of service just for a new connection then how can I rely on the after sale service. I need solution on this as soon as possible., else I may go to the extent of dragging the official in court.
