Never buying Uniconnect Sim cards again --- I had first paid some money to buy myself a Hong Kong Pre paid sim card and then when i was trying to recharge the sim with HK $20,everytime i would press the recharge button it would transaction complete and i would still not get the credit. It happened thrice when ultimately i called the customer care asking them to resolve this recurrent problem of debiting the money and the process ending there. They said that from their end the money has been credited and obviously thats a lie coz am still struggling to mke calls here. This is the worst experience of my life. Never going to use uniconnect ever again.
