Dear Sir,

I am a regular Local train traveller in Mumbai Local trains.
For a long period of time I have noticed that in the evenig time, at KALWA there is neither indicator nor announcement of train arrival, destination and whether the train is fast or slow. Recently it so happened that instead of getting down at Mulund, I had to get down at Ghatkopar and come back to Mulund from Ghatkopar
wasting time and money due to lack of Indicator and annoncement.
It is a Heculian task, to get inside a local train to CST from KALWA during 8.AM to 10 AM , as the train arrives at KALWA in a fully packed condition and a number of accidents occured in the recent past due to passengers hanging at the door. Hence frequncy of the trains towards CST passing through KALWA should be increased to 2 minutes atleast on peak hrs. This can be made easly by making a terminus at KALWA as that of DOMBIVLI, as there is ample of space for an additional platform, and extending some of THANE locals to KALWA.
I hope Rly Authority will seriously view abvove suggestions
