1Negligible customer services -- I was using a uniconnect SIM card in Germany and had written constant emails about how I was losing money while recharging but the amount wasn't being credited. Instead of responding with a reply or a way to refund the money I got an email saying regret the inconvenience. This is the customer support that Unicoonect has to offer to those who are spending their money to stay connected via their numbers. After this instance, I will never use their services ever again.
