I was on travel from Hatia to Durg by Train No.12812(Hatia to LTT) on 02/12/11 in AC-2 compartment coach no. A-1 with a ticket bearing PNR-********44.This coach of AC-2 having maximum fair in train was with no water in toilets or washbasins at the time of starting at Hatia Station,electical switches of lighting was missing,small lights were not glowing.Information was given to coach TTE & attendent of this coach.They assured that problem will be ractify at Rourkela.But at Rourkela condition was same that the maintenance staff informed that they don't have the cover which will stop the water draining of the coach and it will be attened by the staff at Bilaspur Station. Again history repeted & at Bilaspur staff raised their hands that they also don't have the cover it will be ractify at Durg Station.Now all the passangers have lost their patience and stop the train for some minutes and lodged a complaint (scan copy of complaint attached) and train moved towards Durg.At Durg I feel relaxed because it was my last station of 11 hrs.troublesome journey and see all the faces of Indian Railways.No single complaint was rectified by the maintenance staff till my destination.Complaint No.KGP 0116035.Scan copy of complaint couldnot attatched due to size constraint of file.

Complainant's Goal: I want my money back as I suffered a lot in this journey.
