Naaptol - Naaptol is harassing a old lady and worst customer support and not refunding

Hi,

I am writing this mail to seek your attention to the order:22901961 which was ordered by one of senior citizen whose age is 75. It was a roti maker and in order to ease her work, she order it through phone and now as it is not working properly as it is being described in the advertisement, she called the customer service immediately the next day after receiving the product.

They said they will be taking the return of the product within 24 hours of time. But, there was no activity made on that. Today, May, 23, 2016, again she called up and now the customer service is saying thst they will not be refunding the money, instead, they will be providing a gift card valid for 6 month through which she can buy anything.

Now, this is really upsetting for an old lady to take up this stress of buying something through that gift card or keeping a product which is not as described. She tried for online shopping for the first time but your customer service as a negative impact on old generation.

I am really unhappy with the service of naaptol as the resolution given to solve the concern of a genuine customer is a torture and very frustrating. Complaint no: 15471488,

I would request you to look into the issue and get back to me to help an old lady customer who first time ordered from your site. Please be honest towards taking this issue and give a best customer experience. Contact her on Ph# ********17.
